Agreement To These Terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and MAWStudios for your use of WolfSuite. By creating an account, signing in, posting content, uploading media, commenting, sending messages, or otherwise using the site, you agree to follow these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use WolfSuite. If you are using WolfSuite for someone else, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use interactive features on WolfSuite. If the laws where you live require a higher age for online services, you must meet that higher age.

You may not use WolfSuite if you are legally barred from doing so, if your account has been banned, or if MAWStudios has told you not to access the service.

Accounts And Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens through your account. Use accurate registration information and do not create an account for another person without permission.

Tell MAWStudios promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. MAWStudios may require email verification, captcha checks, two-factor verification, approval, or other security steps before allowing access.

Community Rules

Do not harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, dox, exploit, spam, scam, or encourage harm against other people. Do not post illegal content, malicious code, stolen credentials, non-consensual intimate content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.

Do not interfere with WolfSuite’s operation. This includes attempting to bypass bans, scrape at abusive rates, reverse engineer private systems, attack the site, overload services, exploit bugs, or access accounts, areas, or data you are not authorized to access.

Forum posts, blog comments, profiles, uploads, direct messages, game activity, and other community features may be moderated. Moderation decisions are made to protect the site and community, and MAWStudios may remove content or restrict accounts when needed.

Your Content

You keep ownership of content you create or upload to WolfSuite. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to post that content.

By submitting content, you give MAWStudios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, publish, resize, format, moderate, back up, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote WolfSuite and MAWStudios community features.

Public content may remain visible after you edit, delete, deactivate, or lose access to your account if it is needed for community continuity, moderation history, backups, legal compliance, or technical operation.

Blog, Forum, Media, And Game Features

Blog posting, media uploads, admin tools, uploader permissions, and other elevated features may be limited to approved users. MAWStudios can grant, remove, or change those permissions at any time.

Uploaded images and other media may be used as thumbnails, post content, profile content, or CDN-style assets. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.

Games and interactive features are provided for entertainment. Scores, progress, leaderboards, virtual items, and game data may be changed, reset, removed, or corrected if needed for maintenance, balance, security, or abuse prevention.

Third-Party Content And Links

WolfSuite may contain links, embeds, media, or references to third-party websites and services. MAWStudios does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, security, or availability.

You are responsible for reviewing third-party terms and privacy policies before using third-party services linked or embedded through WolfSuite.

Enforcement And Termination

MAWStudios may warn, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, ban accounts, block IP addresses, preserve records, or take other action when MAWStudios believes it is necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect users, or protect the service.

You may stop using WolfSuite at any time. Some information may remain in backups, logs, moderation records, public discussions, or legal records as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

WolfSuite is provided as-is and as-available. MAWStudios may change, suspend, discontinue, rename, reorganize, or remove any part of the site at any time.

MAWStudios does not guarantee that WolfSuite will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every possible threat, or compatible with every device or browser.

Disclaimers And Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MAWStudios disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MAWStudios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost data, lost profits, lost goodwill, or service interruption related to WolfSuite.

Changes To These Terms

MAWStudios may update these Terms as WolfSuite changes. The updated date on this page will show when the Terms were last revised.

If changes are material, MAWStudios may provide notice through the site, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
