MAWStudios operates WolfSuite and acts as controller for the personal data described in the Privacy Policy. Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].

MAWStudios has not identified a separate data-protection officer or EU/UK representative on this notice. If applicable law requires either appointment, this notice must be updated with that contact before actively offering WolfSuite to the affected market.

Purposes And Legal Bases

WolfSuite relies on performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract to create accounts and provide forums, messages, profiles, uploads, games, notifications, and account controls. It relies on legitimate interests to secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain community continuity, moderate content, diagnose faults, and understand essential service performance, balanced against user rights.

WolfSuite relies on consent for optional analytics and personalization where consent is required. Consent can be withdrawn in Cookie settings. Processing may also be necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. MAWStudios will identify another lawful basis before using personal data for a materially different purpose.

Recipients And Transfers

Data may be disclosed to hosting, infrastructure, email, security, backup, storage, authentication, CAPTCHA, analytics, advertising, and support providers as needed for configured features. If an administrator enables an external AI provider, content submitted to that feature may be sent to that provider. Public content is available to the audience selected for it.

WolfSuite may be operated in the United States and providers may process data in other countries. Where GDPR transfer restrictions apply, MAWStudios must use an available lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards, and provide information about it on request.

Retention

Data is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Duration depends on account status, the kind and visibility of content, security and moderation needs, legal duties, disputes, and backup cycles. Public discussion content may be retained or anonymized to preserve conversation integrity; pending reset and verification credentials expire.

Because WolfSuite does not currently publish a complete category-by-category retention schedule, MAWStudios should document operational retention periods before representing that a specific period applies.

Your Rights

Subject to legal conditions and exceptions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; and complain to the data-protection authority where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred. You may also object specifically to direct marketing.

Account settings provide profile correction, security history, session controls, export requests, deactivation, and deletion requests. Email [email protected] from your account email for anything those controls do not cover. WolfSuite may verify identity before disclosing or changing account data.

Automated Decisions

WolfSuite may use automated spam, security, moderation-assistance, game, recommendation, or bot functions. The current notice does not identify a solely automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects. If such a feature is enabled, MAWStudios must provide the additional explanation and safeguards required by law.
