Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information MAWStudios collects through WolfSuite, why it is used, how it may be shared, and what choices users have.
Last updated: August 25, 2026
Who This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy applies to WolfSuite, including the blog, forums, profiles, comments, direct messages, media uploads, games, admin tools, and related MAWStudios community features.
By using WolfSuite, you acknowledge that MAWStudios processes information as described here. Some processing is required to provide the service, keep accounts secure, moderate the community, and comply with legal obligations.
Information You Provide
Account information may include your username and username history, email address, password hash, verification status, linked OAuth provider identifiers, profile picture or cover, birthday, location, website, biography, status, optional identity fields, privacy settings, theme and accessibility preferences, notification preferences, follows, blocks, and account roles.
Community content may include forum posts, blog posts, comments, replies, reactions, status updates, uploaded images or files, direct messages, reports, game activity, and any other content you choose to submit.
Support and moderation information may include messages you send to MAWStudios, reports and appeals, moderation notes, warnings, bans, approvals, staff actions, ignored or blocked accounts, and related communications.
Information Collected Automatically
WolfSuite may collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser information, page requests, referral paths, timestamps, session identifiers, authentication and login history, error logs, security events, advertising impressions or clicks, and approximate location inferred from network information.
WolfSuite uses browser storage such as localStorage and cookies for essential features like login sessions, saved preferences, security, cookie choices, draft recovery, messaging preferences, and site functionality.
How Information Is Used
MAWStudios uses information to create and manage accounts, provide forums and blog features, display profiles and content, host media, run games, deliver notifications, send verification or password reset emails, process comments, and provide support.
Information is also used to protect WolfSuite, prevent abuse, investigate security issues, enforce rules, moderate content, detect spam, maintain logs, debug errors, improve features, and comply with legal obligations.
WolfSuite creates analytics browser identifiers and sends analytics events only after you opt in. Advertising delivery may record an impression or click for fraud prevention, frequency, reporting, and campaign operation; external advertising providers may process additional data under their own notices.
Public Information
Your username, avatar, profile information, public posts, public comments, public reactions, uploaded public media, game leaderboard information, and similar public activity may be visible to other users and visitors.
Think carefully before posting personal information publicly. MAWStudios cannot control what other users copy, save, screenshot, or share from public areas.
Direct Messages And Private Areas
Direct messages and restricted areas are not public, but they are processed by WolfSuite systems to deliver the feature and may be accessed by authorized MAWStudios personnel when reasonably necessary for safety, abuse reports, legal compliance, account support, or technical maintenance. They are not end-to-end encrypted.
Do not use WolfSuite to send highly sensitive information such as government IDs, financial account numbers, medical records, or passwords for other services.
OAuth, Bots, AI, Embeds, And Advertising
If you choose an enabled sign-in provider, WolfSuite exchanges information with that provider and may receive its account identifier, username or display name, verified email status, and avatar. Available providers can include Discord, Google, GitHub, Facebook, Yahoo, or Microsoft, depending on administrator configuration.
Bots and AI-assisted features may process community content, prompts, usernames, and necessary context. If an administrator connects an external AI provider, relevant input may be transmitted to that provider. Locally hosted providers keep model requests on the configured server, but administrators remain responsible for that server and its logs.
Third-party embeds, CAPTCHA, advertising, media, and outbound links can disclose your IP address, browser details, and the referring page to the third party when loaded. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Sharing Information
MAWStudios may share information with service providers that help operate WolfSuite, such as hosting, database, email delivery, security, analytics, storage, backup, and support providers. These providers should only use information as needed to provide their services.
MAWStudios may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or government request, or when MAWStudios believes disclosure is necessary to protect users, protect the service, investigate abuse, enforce terms, or prevent harm.
If WolfSuite or MAWStudios assets are transferred, reorganized, or merged, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to this Policy or a replacement policy with notice where required.
Cookies And Browser Storage
Essential storage is used for login, security, preferences, moderation, messaging, and core site functions. These features are necessary for WolfSuite to work.
Optional analytics and personalization storage can be accepted or rejected through the cookie banner or the Cookie settings link in the footer. Rejecting optional storage does not prevent use of the core site.
You can also clear cookies and localStorage through your browser. Clearing storage may sign you out or reset preferences.
Retention
MAWStudios keeps information only as long as reasonably needed to provide WolfSuite, maintain community records, enforce rules, protect security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and complete backup cycles. The period varies by data category and account status; WolfSuite does not currently promise one universal retention period.
Some content may remain visible or stored after account deletion or suspension where needed for public discussion history, moderation records, abuse prevention, technical backups, legal compliance, or legitimate site operations.
Security
MAWStudios uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, such as password hashing, access controls, verification flows, rate limits, security headers, and moderation tools.
No online service can guarantee perfect security. You should use a strong password, keep your email account secure, and tell MAWStudios if you believe your account has been compromised.
Children
WolfSuite is not intended for children under 13. Users under 13 may not create accounts or use interactive features.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to WolfSuite, contact [email protected] so MAWStudios can review and take appropriate action.
Your Rights And Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent for eligible personal information.
You can update profile and privacy settings, review security history, manage sessions and connected accounts, request an account export, deactivate your account, or submit a deletion request through account settings. For requests those controls do not cover, contact [email protected] from the email address linked to your account when possible.
MAWStudios may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information where allowed or required for security, moderation, legal compliance, backups, or legitimate operations.
International Users
WolfSuite may be operated from the United States or use service providers in different locations. Your information may be processed in countries that may not provide the same data protection laws as your home country.
Where required, MAWStudios will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
California And Other Regional Rights
Some privacy laws apply only when an operator meets specified location, revenue, volume, or business-model thresholds. Nothing in this Policy is a representation that every regional law applies to MAWStudios.
Where an applicable law grants additional rightsâsuch as rights to know, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive-data uses, or receive equal service for exercising privacy rightsâMAWStudios will honor verified requests and legally recognized browser signals as required.

MAWStudios may update this Privacy Policy as WolfSuite changes. The updated date on this page shows when the Policy was last revised.
If changes are material, MAWStudios may provide notice through the site, email, or another reasonable method.
